CourseMint is a digital product delivered electronically. On payment confirmation you receive downloadable files: an Obsidian safe and a companion PDF. The Press tier additionally includes the Tools & Setup module, the AI Automation module, and the landing page template. No physical product is shipped. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The guarantee applies once per purchase. Requests missing the items above, or made after the 14-day window, are handled at our discretion. Gumroad is the merchant of record for your purchase, and Gumroad's own refund terms apply alongside these — its decision on any payment dispute is final.
The guarantee covers whether the system delivered when you actually followed it. Do the work, show the work, and if it genuinely didn't deliver, you get your money back.
It isn't a promise about outcomes. It doesn't cover the cost of any third-party tools or AI subscriptions you choose to use, and it creates no entitlement relating to sales, income, followers, or audience size. See the section below.

We make no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding income, revenue, sales, followers, business success, or any specific outcome. Any figures, results, or examples referenced anywhere on this site, in marketing, in the product, or in customer messages are illustrative and not typical, not projections, and not promises of what you will personally achieve. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, execution, niche, market conditions, and factors outside our control. The guarantee above is tied solely to whether the system delivered the build it describes — never to whether that build earned money.
We collect only what's needed to deliver the product: your email address and a purchase record. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record; card details are handled entirely by Gumroad and never stored by us. We don't sell your data. CourseMint is licensed to you for personal and commercial use in building and selling your own digital products.
You may use the method, templates, prompts, and swipe copy to create products you sell under your own brand, deploy the included landing page template as your own live sales page, and adapt any of it as far as you like. Anything you produce using it is entirely yours — we claim no ownership of your course, your copy, or your revenue.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or republish the CourseMint files themselves — the safe, the templates, the prompts, or the landing page template as a template — in whole or in part. What you build with it is yours to sell; what we handed you is not yours to hand on.
This licence is for one buyer and cannot be transferred. It ends if you breach it, and ending it does not entitle you to a refund.
Your download link is tied to your purchase. Unauthorised distribution of the files themselves is a breach of these terms.
All original content inside CourseMint — the safe structure, the written lessons, the prompts, and the landing page template — is the intellectual property of CourseMint. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is a violation of these terms.
If you believe you're owed a refund, please contact support first — it's the fastest route and we'd rather sort it directly. Nothing here affects your right to raise a dispute with your bank, card issuer, or Gumroad. Where a dispute is raised, we may share our records of delivery and access with that provider.
